RENTAL RESERVATION POLICIES & SAFETY INFORMATION

Welcome to SIGN-O-POPS! We're thrilled to bring joy and excitement to your special moments with our yard sign displays. Please take a moment to review our simple and customer-friendly Rental Reservation Policies and Safety Information.

SECTION I: RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. RESERVATION PAYMENT

To reserve your preferred yard sign display and installation date, we kindly request payment upon confirmation. You can easily make the payment through an invoice or as communicated by SIGN-O-POPS.

2. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

We understand that plans can change, and that's okay! If you need to cancel your reservation up to 3 days before the installation date, we'll gladly refund you half of the paid amount. Unfortunately, refunds won't be possible for cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled installation date.

3. INCLEMENT WEATHER

Your safety is our priority! In case of bad weather conditions like hurricanes, windstorms, floods, or excessive rain, we'll cancel the reservation for you and process a full refund.

4. EXTENSION OF RENTAL DURATION 

Enjoy your yard sign display a bit longer! If you wish to extend the rental period on your premises, just let us know. We'll be happy to accommodate your request, subject to availability, and charge you a prorated daily fee.

SECTION II: SAFETY INFORMATION 

5. KEEPING IT SAFE AND FUN

- For everyone's safety, please ensure children don't play around or lean over the yard sign display.

6. BALLOON CAUTION

We love balloons too, but they can be a bit mischievous in hot weather! To prevent any accidents or sign damage, please avoid attaching balloons to the yard sign display.

7. PROTECTING THE DISPLAY

Let's keep the yard sign display looking great! Refrain from using water sprinklers, lawn mowers, or string trimmers near the display, as they might cause unintended damage.

8. PET/ANIMAL POLICY

We welcome your furry friends, but please keep them on a leash while the yard sign is on your property to avoid any mishaps.

SECTION III: LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

While we take every precaution to ensure safety and satisfaction, accidents are unpredictable. SIGN-O-POPS and our representatives are not liable for any injuries or damages during the rental period.

SECTION IV: BILLING FOR DAMAGES 

In the rare instance of missing or damaged yard greetings, we'll reach out to you and invoice the appropriate amount.
